Field Researcher

Ekspedisi Patriot 2025 (Kementrian Transmigrasi RI)

August 2025 - December 2025

  • Conducted field research and data analysis on institutional patterns and value chains across 3 districts and 18 villages.
  • Facilitated in-depth interviews and moderated FGDs with stakeholders from local communities, universities, and local government institutions.
  • Synthesized findings into a formal Final Report for local authorities, translating research insights into strategic recommendations.

HR Internship

PT Cipta Ikhlas Teknologi

March 2025 - August 2025

  • Supported day-to-day HR and administrative operations for a workforce of around 60 employees.
  • Handled BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan processing, contribution calculations, and employee claims with high accuracy.
  • Responded to daily policy and legal-employment questions related to company rules, Law No. 13/2003, and UU Cipta Kerja.

HR Internship

PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk.

February 2023 - May 2023

  • Conducted HR landscape assessments including role-risk mapping and analysis of the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB).
  • Collaborated with CSR and local stakeholders to support constructive company-community communication across nearby villages.
  • Authored a philosophical analysis of labor agreement practices in a journal-style article.
