My work is shaped by one core belief: meaningful solutions come from letting different disciplines inform one another. Academic study trained me in critical reasoning, while practical projects taught me how to adapt ideas under real constraints.

Over time, this approach has helped me bridge abstract questions with concrete implementation, especially in organizational, legal, and policy-aware environments.

Recent Experience

• Field Research: Supported Ekspedisi Patriot 2025 through interviews, FGDs, analysis, and formal reporting across districts and villages.
• Human Resources: Built experience in HR operations, employee support, policy questions, and workplace administration.
• Writing: Published and maintained long-form writing that connects philosophy, law, and workplace realities.
• Law: Currently deepening my understanding of legal reasoning, compliance, and institutional accountability.

I hold a BNSP Human Resources Certification and continue to develop practical strengths in HR generalist work, communication, research, and policy-aware thinking.

Current Focus

I am currently focused on connecting philosophical reasoning with applied organizational practice, particularly where human resources, legal awareness, and digital systems overlap.
